With its beautiful brick architecture, lofty spaces and rich details, it is a valuable example of the 19th century architecture. Until 2002 the offices of the shipyard’s director were located on the first floor.The extensive renovation works were completed in September 2020. The building is restored to its former glory and ready for the 21st century.
